The multi-part project of the Center for Building Culture Saxony (ZfBK) entitled “Schöner Wandel (Beautiful Change)” is dedicated to the aesthetics and design of climate-friendly building culture. The aim of the project is to show what a transition in building can look like.
The project will kick off on May 16-17 with an international symposium at the Grassimuseum in Leipzig as part of the current exhibition “ZUKÜNFTE Material und Design von Morgen (Future Materials and Design of Tomorrow)".
Matthias Rammig from Transsolar will be there on May 17. In his presentation ‘Protect + Adapt: Climate engineering and sophisticated building culture’, he will showcase practical examples of sustainable and environmentally friendly construction.
