Monika brings many years of experience as project manager in the research area of energy savings in buildings and solar-supported district heating systems to her consulting work.

She develops and evaluates sustainable energy concepts for future-oriented building projects of any scale worldwide. Completely passively conditioned school buildings are part of her portfolio, as well as building conversions, but also planning of urban developments and their energy supply systems.

Monika Schulz is a guest lecturer in the Master’s programme Casaclima e Bioarchitettura at LUMSA University in Rome and in the Master’s programme at the Department of Architecture, Civil Engineering and the Built Environment at the Politecnico di Milano.
