Intersections: Understanding Urbanism in the Global Age

"Urbanism is a global phenomenon, presenting us with a range of pressing issues to consider — economic, political, and material, but most of all human." This introduction invites to the Radcliffe Institute conference titled "Intersections: Understanding Urbanism in the Global Age" on Friday, April 28, 2017. Matthias Schuler will be part of a panel "Beyond the Nature/Technology Divide" together with the Adjunct Professor Dilip da Cunha (Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning, University of Pennsylvania); the visual artist Anna Schuleit (Haber RI '07) and the architect Anja Thierfelder. The panel will be moderated by the Research Manager of the Harvard-Mellon Urban Initiative - Erik Ghenoiu.
