Next week, Erik Olsen will travel to Chicago for a business development trip that includes a public lecture and guided building tour hosted by Chi BEC (Building Enclosure Council Chicago).
On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, Erik will give an in‑person presentation titled “The Future Is Low-Tech. Is the Future Low-Tech?”, followed by a guided tour of Loyola University’s Schreiber Center. The event brings together architects, engineers, and building professionals to discuss low‑tech, high‑performance façade and climate concepts and to experience their implementation firsthand.
The Schreiber Center is part of Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, a project where Transsolar worked closely with the design team to develop a climate concept that prioritizes comfort, energy efficiency, and reduced carbon emissions through integrated architectural and environmental strategies.
The event has limited capacity and requires advance registration. Please RSVP here >
