Once a year, all Transsolar and Transplan employees meet to exchange experiences, sometimes in Stuttgart, sometimes in Munich. A team develops a program for interactive exchange on important topics and the latest developments to discuss our knowledge, insights, and experiences. In addition, it is also important that we meet in person and not just limit ourselves to virtual contacts.
The project days began with a trip to the ZERO. project construction site in Stuttgart. Project managers Felix Thumm and Niklas Humm (CPM GmbH) provided insights into this major project, which is a collaboration between Transplan and Transsolar. Friday was a day packed with knowledge. The various groups presented their ongoing projects and reported on their current solutions and technological approaches. The second project day began with an impressive presentation by Cornelia Ehmayer-Rosinak on urban development and 'City Psychology'. The day continued with a creative workshop to exchange ideas on topics such as the companies values and goals. Saturday evening ended with a summer party with family and friends.
