The week of the March 9th, Tommaso Bitossi will travel to Houston for lectures and studio reviews — marking his third visit and what is now becoming a valued yearly tradition.
At the Rice School of Architecture at Rice University, Tommaso will contribute to both undergraduate and graduate studios. His engagement continues an ongoing exchange with faculty and students, focusing on climate-responsive design and environmental performance in architecture.
This year, he is especially excited to expand his involvement to the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture + Design at the University of Houston. There, he will also engage with a mix of undergraduate and graduate students in studio conversations and reviews.
These recurring visits reflect Transsolar’s commitment to academic exchange and the dialogue between practice and teaching. We look forward to another inspiring week of discussions, critiques, and shared exploration of climate-conscious design strategies in Houston.
